Flow & Restore

This class combines vinyasa flow & yin yoga. The first half is vinyasa (moving with the pace of the breath)& the second half is yin yoga (holding poses for 3-5 minutes in order to release deeper into the posture). Through this class you are activating both the yang & yin of energy within yourself. This is an all levels classes - beginners to the most advanced students can benefit from this.
