Move Fusion is a specialty class that offers somatic movement, H.I.I.T., and yoga-like stretching. Somatic Movement incorporates movement patterning that increases efficiency, while refining perceptual, kinesthetic and proprioceptive sensitivity. Somatic Movement also enhances human function and body-mind integration through mindful movement. High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) is a training method that uses fast bursts of exercise that increases the heart rate to help burn fat all while helping build stable and strong joints. Yoga inspired stretching helps you stay flexible to help you move without restrictions and limitations.

*Low impact, yoga-inspired, movement training for everyday life. Tennis shoes optional for this workout.
