Yin $18 per classFrom $14 per visit with 10 Class Pass passNo purchase required to enroll

During Yin yoga practice, poses are held for about three to five minutes at a time in order to stretch the connective tissue around the joints and bring the practitioner to a state of mental calmness. When we take time, our nervous systems relax, our minds slow down, our muscles become supple, and our breath deepens. Our inner chemistry shifts towards a biological balance, which one experiences as peace, tranquility and stress reduction. In this class, you will learn to honor and work with your individuality, experiencing for yourself the union of your mind and body.

Cacao Ceremony and Reiki Offering $30 per classFrom $30 per visit with Cacao Ceremony and Reiki Offering passPurchase required to enroll

Join us as we utilizes cacao in its purest form as a heart opening medicine for people to safely experience awakening, revelation, and inner healing.
Cacao is a warm chocolate drink with a dark, rich, bitter brew infused taste filled with lots of vitamins and minerals, a powerful antioxidant.

When used with the intention of healing and opening the heart, cacao has tremendous potential for doing profound healing work! Cacao relaxes the muscles, softens tissue, and eases tension around the heart. This physical effect can assist in softening the energetic aspect of our Heart Chakra. By relaxing the heart both physically and energetically, this allows our hearts to release negativity and open more to the energies of love, compassion, joy, reverence, and gratitude.

During this ceremony a sacred space will be created and after intentions are set and the cacao has been ingested, everyone will find comfortable space to journey deep within. We will then continue with a Chakra clearing meditation leading into a guided journey to connect with the higher-self and other higher vibrational energies. Throughout the journey participants will be bathed in sound healing as well as offered both crystal and Reiki healing.

Come and experience the powerful healing of Cacao!

About Alan Pratt:
Alan Pratt sings and speaks in dozens of ‘celestial languages’, taking the participants deep into a shamanic trance state, where we connect with our guides, purge old trauma, and activate our dormant strands of DNA. The sound and the energy moving through Alan is astounding. You may feel huge waves of energy flowing in & out of your physical body & auric field. You may have clear visions or visitations with your personal Spirit Guides & ancestors. Your arms & legs might shake & move spontaneously, as the energetic blocks are removed and your innate powers are restored. You may astral travel to other multidimensional realms. Many people liken these journeys to medicine ceremonies in the Amazon; old pain, ‘energetic density’, attached entities & outdated programming will surface to be released — breathe deep & flow with Spirit, and you will achieve results. One ceremony with Alan can bring about a significant shift in an illness, and ignite a quantum leap in your own healing & psychic abilities. Alan's healing successes include full recoveries from throat & tongue cancer, kidney cancer, breast cancer, brain injury, spinal injuries, chronic lung disease, Bell’s palsy, hip & leg mobility issues, hip replacement infection, tongue ring infection, chronic foot pain & gout; and measurable improvements with clients suffering a range of diseases including paralysis, ALS, arthritis, diabetes, chronic fatigue syndrome, shingles, eczema, urinary tract pain, abdominal cramps, & addictions.

Getting Back to the Root of it all Workshop $30 per classFrom $30 per visit with Getting Back to the Root of it All Workshop passNo purchase required to enroll

Join Jen Lyons and Richard Gamble as they lead us in a grounding workshop focusing on the Root Chakra.

Grounding is a way that the body organizes itself within gravity. Using the downward force of our weight as information, the body uses this information to create a gravity response - the internal organization of structure allowing movement against and within these opposing forces.

In this workshop our impulse to move through the world effectively will be harnessed through breath, meditation, awareness exercises, and movement.

We will build asana upon this developing awareness so that students leave with an embodied sense of ground (and how to cultivate groundedness) in various positions and poses.

Vinyasa Flow $18 per classFrom $14 per visit with 10 Class Pass passNo purchase required to enroll

Vinyasa yoga is a sequence where the asanas (postures) are linked together in a series of movements that are synchronized with the breath. Much emphasis is placed on the breath and the transition in and out of the asanas. The continual movements, from one pose to another, gives you an added cardiovascular benefit, which more traditional forms of yoga do not have. The routine practice of vinyasa yoga can increase muscle strength, endurance and flexibility, and reduce levels of stress.

Vinyasa yoga offers much diversity. The pace can vary and there is no one particular sequence that instructors must follow. This flexibility allows the teacher to tailor the sequences to their own philosophy. So, if one class doesn't work for you, try another, until you find one that you are comfortable with.
