Yinyasa is a unique practice that brings the balance of Yin yoga for the first half of the class with a Vinyasa style flow for the second half of the class. The Yin portion will be a quiet and meditative style practice in which all poses are done seated on the floor. Yin poses are designed to relax all muscles and allow deep connective and fascial tissues as well as joints and ligaments to be gently stretched. The Vinyasa portion will allow us to integrate the benefits of Yin into a gentle flow practice based on steadiness and alignment. All levels are welcome!
