Slow Flow

Class begins with a few minutes of centering, including intention setting and breath awareness. We then move into some gentle warm ups for the first 10-15 minutes which may include some neck stretching, cat cows, joint freeing etc. We then move into some standing flows including sun breathing and sun salutations, and then move into some balancing postures. We move back down to the floor for some cool down stretches and then the last ten minutes or so consist of a deep relaxation with guided meditation.
